Aí estão as fotos do Underground Market...foi um dia muito especial!!! Foi um sucesso o Chef Mili quitutes, estou super contente e gostaria de agradecer:
- o meu marido Henrique que está sempre ao meu lado, até na venda dos quitutes no evento ele estava lá...ajudou a vender cheio de bom humor e orgulho dos doces da Chef Mili...eu tenho é muita sorte nessa vida mesmo...:)...também quero agradecer o Brown, meu dog super companheiro!!!
 - o meu irmão gêmeo Bernardo...foi ele quem criou a marca Chef Mili (cartaz e cartões) que ficaram lindos e  foram muito elogiados durante o evento, valeu Ber você é demais...talento e bom gosto já nasceram com você, né? :)!!!
- aos meus amigos super especiais que comparecerem no evento para me trazer boa sorte: Cris e Lawlee, Dr. Pither e família,  Eric e Kevin, Tiffany e Rob, Matt e friends , Beth e família e todos os meus outros queridos amigos que não puderam comparecer que são especiais na minha vida também.

Below is the pictures of the Underground Market event...that was a great day!!! Everybody loved the sweets from Chef Mili and I would like to say thank you for special ones in my life:
- my husband Henrique that is always a wonderful person in my life...he loves Chef Mili products and we was selling the sweets at the Underground Market too...I am such a luck person...:)...I also want to say thank to my lovely dog Brown too!!!
- my twin brother...he is a grafic designer and he was the one that created the Chef Mili logo and the bussiness cards too, everybody gave compliments about the logo and bussiness cards, Ber you are awsome...talent was born with you, isn't it? :)!!!
- my super specials friends that were in the event to bring me good luck: Cris and Lawlee, Dr. Pither e family,  Eric and Kevin, Tiffany and Rob, Matt and friends , Beth and  family and all my others friends that are very specials in my life too.

Underground Market

Ontem foi um dia bem importante para mim...eu fiz doces para a comissão do Underground Market em São Francisco, ou seja, eles provaram os meus doces e os doces de mais um monte de gente para decidir quem vai fazer parte desse mercado gourmet. Já estou muito feliz em ter sido selecionada para a prova dos doces e se for selecionada aí vou comprar até fogos de artifício para comemorar...rsrs!!! Fiz doces de 3 nacionalidades: brasileiros, franceses e portugueses...demais...:)!!! Dá uma olhadinha nas fotos dos doces embalados para o evento...:)!!!

I had a very important day yesterday...I made sweets for tasting to be part of the Underground Market in San Francisco...they tasted my sweets and the sweets from others pastries chef and they will decide who will part of this gourmet market. I am so happy because I was selected to be part of the tasting and if I am selected to be part of the market I will buy fireworks to comemorate...rsrs!!! I made 3 kinds of sweets: brazilian, french and portuguese sweets...super...:)!!! Take a look at the pictures below...I packaged each sweet for this event...:)!!!

Trufas francesa (French Truffes)

Essas trufas ficaram tão deliciosas...inesquecíveis...com certeza é um dos meus doces preferidos!!! Aprendi a fazer essas trufas de chocolate amargo lá na França, é lógico que encontrei aqui nos EUA um licor francês para fazer as trufas...ficou com gostinho de França...:)!!! Para dar um toque ainda mais especial coloquei detalhes de amêndoas em cada trufa...nossa ficou demais... très très très très delicieux!!!

These truffes were so delicious...unforgettable...for sure one of my favorites sweets ever!!! I learned how to make these dark chocolate truffes when I was in France, of course that I found some French licor to make the truffes here...came out with a wonderful French flavor...:)!!! I also decided to give a special decoration touch with some almonds on the top of each truffe...that was beautiful...très très très delicieux!!!
